How SmartFACT Data is offered
A paid integration is connection work that SmartFACT builds for one customer’s own system, such as an ERP, EDI or a bespoke API, priced before work starts. SmartFACT Data’s offer keeps that work separate from its maintained tables and off-the-shelf shop connectors, as set out below.
There is no payment to make through this website.
Agree the scope
We agree the scope, authorised users and onboarding arrangements with you before enabling access. Any paid integration is scoped and priced before work starts.
Bring your first data in
We stay close while your first data comes in. Your owner checks a first saved version and rehearses the receiving workflow before relying on it for live work.
The offer
- Uploading sheets in the expected format, or one that can be mapped to it, and the Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop connectors are free while SmartFACT Data is in early access.
- Connecting any other system, such as SAP, an ERP or MRP system, EDI or a bespoke API, is a paid integration: we scope it with you and agree the price before work starts.
- Keeping a live Google Sheet connected is a paid integration scoped with you.
- Early access by invitation, with the scope agreed with you before access.
- There is no payment to make through this website.
What SmartFACT Data does

- A GraphQL API for reading saved sheets from your own tool, with credentials scoped to one workspace.

What a paid integration covers
SAP, ERP and MRP systems, other software, EDI and bespoke APIs are connected as a paid integration that we scope with you and build through data.smartfact.ai. The data then reaches the receiving SmartFACT product the same way as a maintained table, through that product’s own review.

Do we need Google Sheets?
No. Paste rows from any spreadsheet or enter them in the grid. The table does not depend on the original spreadsheet afterwards.
